Led by our Head Chef Danny, our kitchen team has travelled across Ireland and Europe to research the very best suppliers, products, and cooking methods to ensure our customers get the experience they expect when they dine out.
Our menu changes on a daily basis depending on the availability of local produce.
Our tasting menu consists of 5 or 7 courses for dinner. On Sundays, we will offer a sharing style lunch menu.
**The tasting menu will not be available on Sunday.**
We also offer a wine pairing option with our tasting menu, selected by our in-house sommelier.
